Old Navy offers casual clothing from local brands. The clothes can be expensive, but there are often great sales, like 50% off. The store selection is liked. The place is usually neat. However, some employees look miserable and have attitudes, while others are chill. Cashiers sometimes have problems with their machines, causing time-wasting lines. The location has a huge food court, but restrooms can be crowded or closed. Overall, despite some issues, many find it worth the trip.
Kinda small, and primarily caters to women. Otherwise it's decent, and worth a visit.

I went after the crazy christmas rush( 12/30). The place was neat and empty. There was a great sale....50% off. I got a great fleece/ flannel shirt with side pockets. Worth the trip to the mall.
