“Back when I lived in the area, this place didn't exist. Boy, I'm so glad they do now! This place has been my safe haven for food for several months now. Their payment methods are: cash, credit/debit, apple/google pay and EBT when applicable (ex: no hot food). Because they are a mini market, they have groceries such as hummus, freshly cut fruit, and cleaning supplies available in a pinch. Their salads are good, smoothies are great, and guest services fantastic! In these photos, they knew my order of no cheese on the tortilla chips with my South West veggie quesadilla (eith added chicken cutlet and avocado to be fancy) really made my 13 hour shift worth it. Oh! I do recommend the vegan-esque protein cookies they have! It's not the Larry brand but another one. No other store in the area has them and I haven't seen them at any convenience stores in Manhattan.Definitely worth a try if you're not looking for a 24 hour local place!”

“This owner who runs & works this little motorcycle shop does an amazing job repairing bikes. His prices are very reasonable for whatever work needs done, clutch replacement, gear shift repair, carb cleaning, tune ups, fork seals, and much more. I was surprised no one ever mentioned him to me over the years i've been riding, or heard anything about him through the grapevine of best repair shops. He's that person you must keep in your contacts if you're a rider. I do know from others that riders who use him and his small shop like to keep it secret because there are times he is overwhelmed with work. Speaking with him he tells me he will retire soon. I'm hoping he sticks around much longer cause I can't find low rates like his anywhere around nyc.”

“I bought so much stuff from the Mart, because my crew and I were about to go far for a trip. The cashier was kind enough to let me have the last snack I bought in consideration for the $40 or so worth of snacks and drinks. Also, the place is clean and organized, convenient to load gas for driving the highway leading to the Fordham Strip on one side, and Pelham Parkway on the other. It was relaxing to be in the store, Just get your stuff, checkout and go. Make sure to be prompt with your order, say thank you, be kind, ask for any stuff the store may have, and go on your daily schedule. Also, I never had Ridgies. It actually tastes good. Salt for taste in your trip.”

“My wife and I just celebrated our 5th anniversary at Palma and were absolutely blown away by the food and the service. We had our own custom menu and everything from the polpettine to the insalata caprese (hands-down the best I've had in the United States) to the ravioli cacio e pepe to the paccheri all'astice and tagliata di manzo was absolutely top notch. They also had an amazing selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options and every dish that we had was made from the freshest ingredients possible. Our waiter Andrew was very friendly and attentive and the sommelier really knew his stuff. The wine list was out of this world as well. I can't recommend Palma highly enough and my wife and I, as well as all of our friends, will definitely be back.!”
