Walgreens Pharmacy is known for its helpful staff and quick service. Many customers say the pharmacist was awesome and called the doctor when a prescription was missing, which helped save a life. The pharmacy employees are nice and try to keep conversations short while customers wait. Lines can be crazy, but the staff are not to blame; instead, some customers yell at them over insurance or prescription issues. One reviewer noted that during a pandemic the pharmacy had no mask and an employee was rude. Despite this, many people still find the pharmacy great and appreciate the quick and friendly service.
If no stars was possible I would. This Pharmacy is horrible....Pharmacist not cordial, Rude.....they never answer the phone....its a shame that I have to leave my neighborhood and travel to the one on crosby to get better service.

Take forever to answer a phone call. Lines pthat aren’t that long last a while. My doctor called to approve a medicine and was put on hold forever as well. Very unorganized.
