Customer service should be better we are paying for service. Looks like the employees need training from manager on customer service.

The lady tried to tell me usps doesn't offer overnight shipping she charged me over a hundred bucks for a package that weighed less than a pound smaller tha a shoe box avoid here at all cost this lady is the definition of miserable
