“The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”

“One of the best post offices I've been to in the Bronx. The only other one that's as good is in Riverdale. I actually missed this place a couple times even though Google Maps says it's here. That's because of the construction going on in the shopping plaza so it is covering up the sign for the post office. Maybe that is why this post office is a good one to go to? Anyways, it's a smaller post office but most of the people go there are mailing items or buying money orders. Not picking up packages since picking up packages is what causes the horrible long lines at other post offices. I've dealt with 2 clerks there and they are both very efficient and polite.”

“Since they don't deliver my packages although they are down the street I really can't complain.I go in to get my money orders there on Fridays. There usually isn't a line and everything is pretty quick. It's the smallest post office I've ever seen.”

“Made an appointment for passports applications at this location. I was there earlier than my scheduled time and was taken care of right away. The gentleman, Murino took care of us. Process was smooth with minimal waiting. This is the first time I had a good experience at a post office. Staff was friendly, location was clean and stocked with all shipping needs. Great services provided. Everyone else was being taken care of seamlessly. Looks like every one was satisfied with services here. This post office brings value to the community.”

“This was my 2nd time ever mailing anything out, so I was clueless on what package to get to place my item in, it's price, how to write the addresses and etc, yes literally only 2nd time I mailed anything out, it was pretty busy, and there was only one lady there name Helen fonseca, who I managed to peek at her name badge, I applaud her for one being very patient with me, knowing that most of the questions I asked were probably common sense but I was a bit worried because I was sending a package international and wanted to make sure everything I did was correct, and two even though the line was long she was very nice to every person, meanwhile most people in her shoes shall have a reason to be frustrated, a long line and she's all alone but was taking care of everyone in a swift manner, great customer service indeed. Yes I was that guy that asked a few questions and may have took some extra time and got someone annoyed on the line but she was so patient and helpful.”

I live 1230 Spofford Ave #GB WALKIN BRONX NY 10474-5810 next to the building i have a doorbell i see and speak to who at my door. They never ring it and say they put in mailbox and I check mail box is not there. I had several package stolen. This is getting out of control. Something has to be done.”

“Ok so I have been coming to this location for years and they always do right by me. I do a lot of business through them and sure some things come up occasionally but by and large they’re solid. Even helped me fix a shipping discrepancy I was able to rectify.”
