The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better. The Postal Service's 1449 West Ave location offers walk-in passport services. While the wait time can be long, especially during peak hours, the staff is generally helpful and courteous. Customers have praised specific employees like Mohammed, who was patient and kind even while fasting for Ramadan, and Mrs. Price, who went above and beyond to ensure a package was delivered to the right location. The mailman who delivers to 1510 Unionport Road is also commended for his professionalism and care for his job. Despite the occasional challenges, the USPS is dedicated to providing reliable and efficient service to its customers across the country.
Has to be the worst post office in NYC. The mail carriers claim they tried to deliver a package. Then the staff isnt helpful in addition to extremely slow. Can’t wait to be moving far away soon.

The slowest/ always a line out the door post office in the area. I suggest going to the morris park or westchester ave post office instead.
