Out of my area but at least they have more than 1-2 employees working to get the long lines down .

The workers inside the office blatantly lie about packages (i.e insufficient addresses when in reality there is no issue) and have extreme attitudes if you go to the office to get things resolved.

Wait time unacceptable. I know it's not the worker's fault but come on, open all the registers up! Know to say a package is on a truck or someone came up and got the package when really you never got it !
