Customer service at this branch needs to improve.
I have encountered abrupt responses from some staff members. Every one should be treated the same regardless of how much money you have in your account and if you have a business or personal account. I am very disappointed with the service at this branch.

Employee I spoke to over the phone was useless for help and rude. Probably going to change banks even though they all suck.

The banker Paul Huang is neither helpful or knowledgeable. He’s a pass the buck employee who can open accounts but not trouble shoot to help with any issues or problems that arise.
