The banker Paul Huang is neither helpful or knowledgeable. He’s a pass the buck employee who can open accounts but not trouble shoot to help with any issues or problems that arise.

Great location in the heart of Bronxville village. Their counter staff were friendly and amazing, but the male manager was rude.
