“There's a Raymour and Flanigan in my neighborhood that my family has purchased from often - mainly due to the convenience, as their customer service has been inconsistent over the years. This time, we happened upon the Raymour and Flanigan in Yonkers on Central Avenue and decided to check this location. The salesman was very professional, informative and welcoming. He compared features between the mattresses within an slightly above our budget without feeling like he was upselling to us. He answered all questions and provided delivery information. The entire process was satisfactory, streamlined and fairly quick. The customer service rep who finalized the sale was pleasant and polite. Overall it was a very good experience and we feel confident that will ultimately be satisfied with the mattress we selected with the salesman's assistance.”

I went there to get keys made but wasn't coming back in the area for a week so I wa Ted confirmation if the keys didn't work was ok to come back a week later with them ? The answer was a resounding YES NOT A ISSUE !!! Well the keys were cut perfectly (5) in total . “HomeGoods is one of those stores where you can walk in without looking for anything specific and still find something worth taking home. There are always deals to be had, and the selection is constantly changing, which makes it interesting to browse.
The downside is that it can be difficult to find someone on the floor when you actually need help. Sometimes you’re on your own trying to find an item or get an answer.
Still, I enjoy visiting here. The selection keeps things interesting to keep me coming back.”
