“Best bronze memories in US. I have a thing for building bronze statues depicting my family and nature that I like; and Austin is my go to person for this. We have commissioned few pieces of art with them already and they have added multiple crown jewel to our home. We look forward to keep working with them for more addition to our family.”

“I had a lamp that was complexities to put together and missing some parts. When I went to return it, it fell and was damaged. The team at Hi-Light not only gave me a new lamp, but put it together and bubble wrapped it for my trip home. Really appreciate their customer service and attitude.”
“Any and everything for your house or apartment is here. The staff went out of their way to assist me with my selection. The young lady helped me take my items to my car.”
“We had a great experience today at the Yonkers location. We were warmly greeted by Matt and he was personable, professional, and easy to talk to. He asked questions about our lifestyle and recommended a couch. After looking around, we ended up purchasing his first suggestion. He also gave us options for our dining room set. We highly recommend Matt’s expertise, you won’t be disappointed! He is truly passionate about what he does. Thanks Matt!”

“There's a Raymour and Flanigan in my neighborhood that my family has purchased from often - mainly due to the convenience, as their customer service has been inconsistent over the years. This time, we happened upon the Raymour and Flanigan in Yonkers on Central Avenue and decided to check this location. The salesman was very professional, informative and welcoming. He compared features between the mattresses within an slightly above our budget without feeling like he was upselling to us. He answered all questions and provided delivery information. The entire process was satisfactory, streamlined and fairly quick. The customer service rep who finalized the sale was pleasant and polite. Overall it was a very good experience and we feel confident that will ultimately be satisfied with the mattress we selected with the salesman's assistance.”

“I had an amazing experience purchasing a couch and coffee table from Brianna. She was an absolute sweetheart from start to finish. She was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
She answered all of my questions, made the entire process easy and stress-free, and genuinely cared about providing outstanding customer service. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure their customers have a great experience.
I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend working with Brianna if you have the opportunity. Thank you again for the exceptional service!”

“Our Raymour salesman Ruddy helped us in choosing a new mattress Even though it was at the top of our price range we were in agreement that you get what you pay for. We haven't got delivery yet , so there will be an update review once we get our mattress. But we appreciate the no pushover to buy approach. The Outlet store in Yonkers has turned to our go to store .”
