This after trying to get assistance from a FedEx office in Manhattan that did not want to go the extra mile, and failing to try and do it ourselves online. From now on this FedEx Office will be our go to for sending all future shipping. Thank you so much Matt!β

βI don't use FEDEX very often. Today I needed help getting a document "overnight " to Florida. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Explaining the process and what I can expect. I will use this location in the future.β
