“Came in with a broken ac. They inspected the car, identified a leak in the hose, were able to order the hose and have it fixed within a few days. Ralph was honest, fair and thorough. He showed me pics of the work which ended up being considerable - removing and replacing the bumper. Still, he kept the price the same as he had quoted and was honest about the whole thing. And ac works great! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for efficient, honest and knowledgeable repairs.”

“I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!

I called for a same-day appointment, and Kevin was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining all my options. When I arrived, I decided to upgrade from a basic wash to a full detail, and the team went above and beyond, even staying late so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. That alone earned my loyalty for life!
When I picked up my car, I was STUNNED — it looked better than when I bought it. Kevin patiently answered all my (many!) questions (most of which were unrelated to the detail service, and more about general car maintenance), walked me through everything they did, and shared great advice on how to keep it looking new.

I came in with a Toyota Sienna Hybrid heating issue — the heater was blowing hot air on the highway but not in city driving. Instead of guessing or replacing parts blindly, the team took the time to properly diagnose the problem.
They connected Toyota Techstream, ran the Coolant Bleeding procedure, actively tested the heater coolant pump and valves, monitored coolant flow, temperatures, and fluid levels, and thoroughly checked the coolant switch over valve. Everything was done step by step, with clear explanations of how the hybrid cooling and heating system works.
What really stood out was the honesty and professionalism. No upselling, no pressure — just real diagnostics and transparent communication. They explained the findings, suggested to drive and monitor the car, and clearly outlined what the next step would be if the issue comes back.
