The quality of the repair is outstanding—my car looks as good as new, and I couldn't find any signs of the damage that was previously there. Not only did they fix the physical damage, but they also took the time to detail the interior, making it look fresh and spotless.

“Came in with a broken ac. They inspected the car, identified a leak in the hose, were able to order the hose and have it fixed within a few days. Ralph was honest, fair and thorough. He showed me pics of the work which ended up being considerable - removing and replacing the bumper. Still, he kept the price the same as he had quoted and was honest about the whole thing. And ac works great! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for efficient, honest and knowledgeable repairs.”

“I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”

“I had some pretty gnarly fender damage thanks to another motorist running a red light. Frankie, Stacy, Vinny and the rest of the team were straight-up artists, re-storing the fender and even matching the unusual color of my Ford Escape such that you'd never know anything happened. And were completely down-to-earth people, with down-to-earth prices, in doing so. Cannot recommend this shop enough. Hopefully you never need a body shop. But if you do, go here and don't look back.”

It was a small price to pay to find out what codes needed to be addressed in my car. The car returned a clean diagnostic report and neither Mark nor his Dad tried to upsell me. “I’m a newer car owner, and this was my first time getting a detail — Williamsburg Hand Wash & Auto Detailing has officially set the bar sky-high!
I called for a same-day appointment, and Kevin was incredibly kind and thorough in explaining all my options. When I arrived, I decided to upgrade from a basic wash to a full detail, and the team went above and beyond, even staying late so I wouldn’t have to come back another day. That alone earned my loyalty for life!
When I picked up my car, I was STUNNED — it looked better than when I bought it. Kevin patiently answered all my (many!) questions (most of which were unrelated to the detail service, and more about general car maintenance), walked me through everything they did, and shared great advice on how to keep it looking new.
As a woman new to car ownership, I really appreciated how honest, helpful, and welcoming everyone was. No upselling, no jargon. Just genuine service and amazing results. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I had a smooth time understanding what other ancillary services would help my car, for free at that. The only drawback on this occasion was that the place wasn't too busy but the servicing took pretty long. Otherwise, typically very easy time getting servicing here. Jess is the best.”
