He made other recommendations that were helpful and offered thoughtful ideas without being pushy. The turnaround was pretty quick and the communication was excellent. In addition to fixing the code, doing a tune-up, and some bigger structural fixes, they fixed some quirks on my dashboard display that I hadn't even mentioned to them. I will be returning!”

“Came here yesterday- mounting, balancing and alignments for 4 new tires. In and out, no fuss no bull. To some it might sound weird as a review, but this was THE easiest time I ever had at a mechanic. There's about 25-30 mechanics in the same neighborhood and they ALWAYS suggest I get something else fixed (very annoying). Tony's was REALLY hospitable and quick. Will DEFINITELY come back.”
“Amazing experience. My car was parked and hit in the early in the morning. VMA had a tow truck there for me in minutes. We went to the shop and they had a rental waiting for me. They called me every other day to keep me informed on the progress of my car. Top notch work! 100% professional! All of the staff made me feel worry free throughout the process. The shop knows what they're doing. The second time was for a tire and wheel install. I ordered the tires from them as well. They will match online prices so please check them out! I will definitely taking my car back for more service in the future.”
“I came to New Kim’s Auto Center with a broken side mirror that was unfortunately hit while my car was parked. I brought the car over, they gave me an estimate at a great price, and even gave me a tip on where I could source a mirror if I wanted to find one on my own, and they could install it for me.
I took their advice and got a side mirror, brought it back to the shop and they installed it for me in less than 5 minutes for a fantastic price.
This shop is fast, efficient, and most importantly HONEST! If I ever need any repairs again I would definitely bring it here without hesitation, and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same.”
“I went in for an engine oil change and had a great experience. Paul was friendly and welcoming. Since I had an appointment, I didn’t have to wait and got service right away.
I asked for a regular oil change, but Paul accidentally charged me for synthetic oil. When I checked my receipt at home and reached out, he immediately admitted the mistake and told me to stop by whenever I had time to get the price difference refunded. Since I was planning to come back anyway, I asked if he could apply the difference as a credit to my account, and he took care of it without any issues.
It’s rare to see that kind of honesty, especially when so many other shops try to cover up their mistakes. Dealing with someone straightforward like Paul made my day.”
“This auto body shop is fantastic! Not only do they offer some of the best customer service I’ve ever had, but the team is incredibly dedicated. If you’re not completely happy with somthing , they’ll leave the ego at the door and fix it with the utmost care. Lu is a great Man and honest as they come ! there are only two shops in Queens I’d recommend for your car , and this is definitely one of them. And don’t forget to bring the cannolis!”
“Had cracked my cover underneath my Mercedes yesterday driving to work. Didn’t realize it until after I left work and it was dragging on the floor. I was told by a few locals to go to Artie’s Auto Place. Artie was very helpful he got my car on the lift immediately to check it out and remove the broken cover. I got hit in a multiple vehicle accident mid-August and the insurance situation was complicated, and the folks at Brothers Complete Auto Repair were super helpful and understanding. They held into my car for a month, gave an accurate quote, dealt with the adjusters who came for photos, etc. They did a great repair job (tire rod replacement) and made my stressful situation much easier.”
“this has been my local repair shop over a decade now, since before it became BR and as far back as when it was a Sunoco before it became an Exxon. the full service has guys are always polite and stand out in the freezing cold, rain, or summer heat. i tip them 1$ every single time cause it's the right thing to do. the mechanic bays kept the same employees for many many years. most recently there is new guys working there and only 2 familiar faces left, but the quality of the repairs and fairness has not gone away in over a decade!”
