To some it might sound weird as a review, but this was THE easiest time I ever had at a mechanic. There's about 25-30 mechanics in the same neighborhood and they ALWAYS suggest I get something else fixed (very annoying). Tony's was REALLY hospitable and quick. Will DEFINITELY come back.”

“I was basically stranded on the side of the road, off the whitestone expressway due to my axle/ball joint completely coming off. It truly was a blessing, Mike and one of his other guys happened to drive by, on there route to work when they stopped to the side, called me from there truck and offered to help me. I was already waiting for about 45min for a tow truck to get to me, when mike said he'll be back with his tow no more than 10min. He responded to all my questions, and concerns and was very reassuring that everything will be taken cared of. Got us to the shop and immediately knew what the issue was, and they got right to work. I got my car repaired and back on the road the same day of my incident. I also was in need of a new tire, and they took care of that as well. I will definitely be coming back here for future repairs”

“This is my second time using crown auto. The first time was for an oil change and gear oil change. If you want quality product and service, please take your car here. The shop knows what they're doing. The second time was for a tire and wheel install. I ordered the tires from them as well. They will match online prices so please check them out! I will definitely taking my car back for more service in the future.”
“I went in for an engine oil change and had a great experience. Paul was friendly and welcoming. Since I had an appointment, I didn’t have to wait and got service right away.
I asked for a regular oil change, but Paul accidentally charged me for synthetic oil. When I checked my receipt at home and reached out, he immediately admitted the mistake and told me to stop by whenever I had time to get the price difference refunded. Since I was planning to come back anyway, I asked if he could apply the difference as a credit to my account, and he took care of it without any issues.
It’s rare to see that kind of honesty, especially when so many other shops try to cover up their mistakes. Dealing with someone straightforward like Paul made my day.”
“This auto body shop is fantastic! Not only do they offer some of the best customer service I’ve ever had, but the team is incredibly dedicated. If you’re not completely happy with somthing , they’ll leave the ego at the door and fix it with the utmost care. Lu is a great Man and honest as they come ! there are only two shops in Queens I’d recommend for your car , and this is definitely one of them. And don’t forget to bring the cannolis!”
“Had cracked my cover underneath my Mercedes yesterday driving to work. Didn’t realize it until after I left work and it was dragging on the floor. I was told by a few locals to go to Artie’s Auto Place. Artie was very helpful he got my car on the lift immediately to check it out and remove the broken cover. “On Monday, July 2, I was driving home after dropping off friends at LaGuardia. Due to non-moving traffic on the Grand Central, I decided to begin the one and a half to two hour trip on local streets. On Northern Blvd. in Flushing, however, I was horrified by the dashboard warning that one of my tires had zero lbs.of air pressure. Yikes!
Spotting a gas station with service bays, I pulled in and encountered a group of men that could not have been kinder or more helpful. Sal and his staff almost immediately begin to assist me. They removed the tire, diagnosed a tear in the side wall and offered to replace the exact brand. Not wanting to wait the several hour the delivery of a new tire would take, Sal offered me an alternative I hadn’t thought of: to put on the “donut” spare. He even gave me the excellent advice to drive slowly so as to avoid excess heat which might result in the destruction of the spare. I drove all the way to Port Jefferson on 25A and, thanks to the staff at Nor-Topia, was able to be home while a new tire was ordered and put on by my local shop.
If I lived closer to Flushing I’d make Nor-Topia my gas and service station.”
“One of the few honest mechanics out there. And they will take responsibility if they make a mistake.
The only con is you have to go early because there is a line before he even opens. By noon, he has enough cars to work on and you may have to go another day. Which I’d say speaks to the number of people that trust their work.”

Peter, the repair master looked at it, and he sloved the light off right away.
The gas cover was not tightened, and it caused the engine light on.
I was very impressed with his service, and it was free of charge.
It was a great experience, and I was impressed.”

I got hit in a multiple vehicle accident mid-August and the insurance situation was complicated, and the folks at Brothers Complete Auto Repair were super helpful and understanding. They held into my car for a month, gave an accurate quote, dealt with the adjusters who came for photos, etc. They did a great repair job (tire rod replacement) and made my stressful situation much easier.”
