Banfield Pet Hospital

Veterinarians
Hours: Banfield Pet Hospital in Brooklyn offers quality health and wellness care for dogs, cats, and small animals. The facility provides general services, including routine vaccinations, microchipping, dental care, and surgical care. Many customers appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, especially with EU health certifications, despite some challenges in scheduling appointments. While the wellness plan is seen as beneficial for saving money, it may not be affordable for everyone. Prices for services are considered reasonable, and the location inside a PetSmart is convenient, offering additional services like grooming and training. Dr. Martinez, in particular, receives high praise for her thoroughness and care, especially with new pets. However, customers have expressed frustration with long hold times when trying to schedule visits. Overall, Banfield Pet Hospital is committed to promoting responsible pet ownership and preventive health care.
