Been trying to contact someone about a recall notice I got for weeks. They will give you the run around and get defensive as soon as you bring it up. Terrible.

Confirmed an appt at 9am to look at a certified used car., showed up at 10am and told it was sold already the previous day. Waste of my time and tolls to get there.
