“11/10 What a fantastic experience with Brooklyn Motors! It's rare to come across a business that makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer, but that's exactly the impression they left on me. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. It's refreshing to find people who take pride in what they do and understand the importance of great customer service. I couldn't recommend Brooklyn Motors more highly. An absolute pleasure to deal with!”

“The best mechanic ever! We love Chris! We tried to have our AC fixed by multiple mechanics but it never worked. Chris was a miracle worker and now we have to turn the air down because it’s gets too cold!”

“I’m very grateful to everyone here. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and the owner was also very easy to talk to and understanding. A special thank you to the technician who worked on my car. I really appreciate your hard work and attention to detail. You did a great job, and I truly appreciate it! Thank you all so much!”

“I've had some curb rash on my Tesla rims and noticed some steering wheel vibration while driving at highway speeds. I took it to Tesla directly, and another local shop, but the vibration issue was never resolved. I reached out to Brooklyn Rims & Collision to get my Tesla rim's refurbished and spoke directly with both Vito and Massimo, who were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both are top notch guys! They recommended that I refurbish all my wheels and offered an extremely reasonable price for same day service. They noted that my front two wheels were dented, so they repaired that as well! Now my car drives like a new vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Brooklyn Rims & Collision to everyone. Thanks guys!”

“Came in with a broken ac. They inspected the car, identified a leak in the hose, were able to order the hose and have it fixed within a few days. Ralph was honest, fair and thorough. He showed me pics of the work which ended up being considerable - removing and replacing the bumper. Still, he kept the price the same as he had quoted and was honest about the whole thing. And ac works great! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for efficient, honest and knowledgeable repairs.”

“They replaced my rear window after some loser smashed it in…window was tough to find and they got it quick. Fair price, quick and good service. This will be my go to shop here on out.”

“I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs! Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”

“I had an excellent experience with Downtown Ronnie Auto and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, high-quality auto body work. I brought in my Audi because the door needed to be completely replaced, and from the beginning I felt that my car was in good hands. Working on an Audi requires attention to detail, especially when it comes to body alignment, fitment, paint matching, and making sure everything looks and feels exactly the way it did from the factory. They handled the entire job extremely professionally. The new door was installed perfectly. The alignment, panel gaps, paint match, and overall finish came out excellent. You honestly cannot tell that the door was ever replaced. Everything looks clean, precise, and factory-original. I am very particular about my car, so I paid close attention to the details when I got it back, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of their workmanship. What I appreciated most was the professionalism and care they showed throughout the process. They clearly know what they are doing and take pride in their work instead of just trying to get the job finished quickly. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail made a big difference. Finding an auto body shop that you can trust with a higher-end vehicle is not always easy, but after my experience here I would absolutely trust Downtown Ronnie Auto with my Audi again. The car looks great, the repair was done properly, and the entire experience gave me confidence in their team. If you have an Audi, BMW, Mercedes, or any vehicle that needs body work, collision repair, or a panel/door replacement, I would definitely recommend giving them a visit. Excellent workmanship, professional service, and most importantly, they delivered a result that looks like the car came straight from the factory. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of my Audi. Very satisfied with the work and definitely a 5-star experience!”

“I came to Eric at Brooklyn Motors with a big custom job for my IS500: springs, bushings, intake, exhaust, new wheels/tires, strut tower brace, and an air oil separator catch can. I trusted their expertise and was not disappointed. The car drives, sounds, and looks perfect. Extremely happy with the results, don't think twice about bringing your car in. I will definitely be back.”

“I can’t recommend Ali and A&A Quick Fix Auto Repair enough! I brought in my car with a creaking noise and Ali worked hard to find the problem and completed multiple services. My car is running great now. Ali is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. I was tired of bringing my car to the dealership with unnecessary repairs and high prices. Ali’s prices are great and he waived the labor fee for some of my services. You can tell he cares about his customers. It can be hard to find a mechanic you trust, but I definitely trust Ali with any and all services. Thank you so much, Ali!”

“Again. I'm seriously impressed with their level of customer service. No bullshit, straightforward pricing and fast service. Dude had me in and out in 15 minutes. Mind you I was a bit lucky because no one else was there but I was in a pinch. Had a puncture in the sidewall of My Tesla Model 3. I knew it had to be replaced. Called ahead of time to confirm that they had my tire in stock. Tow truck got there. I was out in 15 minutes. Thanks again guys! Keep up the good work.”

“Some place you gatekeep. A select few are so exemplary, you put on a pedestal for the whole Burrough to see. This is the latter. It takes so vanishingly little to set yourself apart in this world. If all they had done was provide quick, same-day service, and help us back out into a busy street, this would have been a five star experience. They did all that - be sure - but in the midst of a refreshingly honest transaction, you meet Christine, a paragon of diligence and clarity. And who could forget Charlie? Charlie, generous with insight and committed to doing things the right way. Thank you, Christine. Thank you, Charlie. Thank you, kind sir who helped us depart.”
1331 Utica Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11203
“This is the best place we have found to take care of our aging Volvo. The gentlemen at L & M are incredibly knowledgeable about cars and do a terrific job of getting ours back on the road when we bring it in for tricky wear and tear issues (e.g., AC overhaul, suspension, undercarriage damage, the list goes on…). The several times (yes, we are repeat customers) we’ve brought our car in, the turnaround time has always been earlier than I’d expect relative to the size of the job. We really appreciate the hard work and expertise provided by this team.”
9321 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11209
“I have come here many times to have my car serviced. I had a windshield emergency and Patrick replaced it very quickly and price efficiently. I trust him to advise me on all concerns about my car.”

“Reasonably priced and super fast. They are not super communicative and do not answer the phone - I might consider this a negative if I did not get such good service”
263 Boerum Street, Brooklyn NY 11206
“The best car spa in Brooklyn, hands down! I had my paint protection film and ceramic coating done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Kevin was fantastic and really took the time to help me choose the best options for my Cadillac. Highly recommend this place!”

“Sal is one of the few truly honest mechanics left, and his prices are very fair. I came to him after another shop told me I needed a rebuilt transmission. Sal took a look and quickly found that it was just a leak causing the slipping. He literally saved me $4,500. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Brought a used car here today for a pre-purchase inspection, best $45 ever spent! The mechanics at Unitek gave a thorough assessment and informed us of all the problem areas allowing us to negotiate repairs with our car dealer. Quick, inexpensive professional service- thank you!!”

“I brought my RX350 to 63 Auto earlier this year for a damage assessment and repair after an accident. I later found out that they specialize in BMWs and Porsches, which was great to learn since I’ve recently purchased my first M car! Everyone at the shop was friendly and welcoming, especially Karol, PJ, and Katherine. I had the pleasure of speaking with all three, and they were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about their work. I even took some suggestions from PJ on how to further improve my car’s ride quality, which I really appreciated. They’re well equipped to handle pretty much any work you need, and the overall experience left a great impression on me. Definitely a shop I’d trust with my cars moving forward. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely be back when I get my 911!”
1090 Flushing Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11237
“These guys are the best, as a former mechanic / tech and classic car owner I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today. I stopped by for an NYS inspection and oil change for my classic Benz. The owner and the tech were both very kind and despite several other cars in the shop when I arrived they were able to quickly clear space for me and serviced my car immediately. I brought my own oil and filter and was in and out in no time and the prices were very reasonable. Couldn’t recommend more highly. They also got that snap-on drip so you know you’re in good hands.”
3073 Cropsey Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11224
“The best mechanic in town!! Yuriy is one of the best I’ve been to in all of the New York. He and his team are super personable and know a ton about cars. Highly recommend - you can’t go wrong with Buy-Rite for any of your mechanic needs.”

“This is becoming my favorite shop. I recently came home from a trip to find my Sprinter window pushed out - attempted robbery but stole nothing? Anyway, these guys squeezed me in and I was on my way within an hour. THANK YOU”
