βCame in with a broken ac. They inspected the car, identified a leak in the hose, were able to order the hose and have it fixed within a few days. Ralph was honest, fair and thorough. He showed me pics of the work which ended up being considerable - removing and replacing the bumper. Still, he kept the price the same as he had quoted and was honest about the whole thing. And ac works great! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for efficient, honest and knowledgeable repairs.β

βMy car was hit on February 22 at 6:20 pm doing the the start of the snow storm I was working a double shift I came home Tuesday night I got off the bus and I was walking home I look at my car I saw something I jump over the snow and thatβs when I saw someone hit my car they didnβt leave a name or a number so I reach out to my friend I send a picture of it and I reach out to my family my car is only 2 months old and this happened my friend David toll me about 63 auto body so I call them I spoke to Katherine she said come in I left my car for two weeks they didnβt leave a Awesome job as you can see by the picture. When I got this morning it looks awesome like it never happened the staff a excellent they detailed the car before you pick it up and they work you and the own PJ is a excellent manager they will help you with your deductible as well so am saying this place is excellent bring your car thereβ
βI'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!β

βFirst, I want to start with the phone call. I was on my way to a body shop closer to me for my inspection sticker, but unfortunately, the professionalism and customer service were not great. While searching for other nearby options, I found Poly Body Shop, and I am so glad I did!
William was incredibly helpful and attentive from the start. I originally went in for a state inspection and found out I needed my rear brake pads replaced. William was honest with me about the issue and was able to replace the brake pads and rotors the very next day.
The service was quick and efficient, and the experience overall was excellent. William and his team were very kind, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
I would definitely come back if I need any further repairs or assistance. Highly recommend!β

βI went to Brooklyn Motors because I wanted to upgrade the exhaust on my Infiniti Q50. The stock exhaust was way too quiet for my liking, and I wanted something a little louder without being over the top.
Eric, the owner, really knows his stuff. He suggested going with a Fast Intention Exhaust paired with AMS Lower Downpipes, and Iβm glad I took his advice.
Once everything was installed, I was extremely happy with the results. The exhaust sounds amazing β deeper, more aggressive, but still clean. You can really hear the car breathing much better now. The whole process was smooth, and the quality of work was on point.
Highly recommend Brooklyn Motors if youβre looking for performance upgrades done right!β

I’ve been in other shops, they give you a price and thats all. No explanation no costumer service, no relationship at all. At tk auto repair they really care and “feel” for the costumer. βLeroy at Volvo Brooklyn has always been a great help! This is now my 3rd car with Volvo, 2nd from the Brooklyn location and by far they have the best customer service. They make the process easy. Most of the steps were taken before I got to the dealer, essentially I just came in and sealed the deal. Leroy is always transparent about cost up front which I really appreciate.β
