I had body damage to my Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am so grateful that I chose this place. The staff here at the service center Edita, Kate and Anton were absolutely amazing! They made the entire process so easy from start to finish. They handled everything directly with my insurance, kept me updated every step of the way and even had a rental vehicle ready on the spot. “I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”

High quality work, straightforward and fair pricing, and a bunch of kind folks to boot.
Our car was damaged from tree limbs during a recent snowstorm. My wife took the car in based on a recommendation from Geico. Al and Stef took care of her, took the car, gave it an accurate estimate of work necessary and walked us through the process.
Dealing with any insurance is rarely pleasant but I can't speak highly enough of Al and the Fiero team. Their honesty, even when it may result in less repair work and money for them, was refreshing and welcome in a trying time. They listened to our needs and gave sound professional advice along the way and were available if we had more questions.
The work we had them do was excellent, and priced fairly. If we decide to get more done, I know who'll be the first shop to call.”

Manny was personable, professional, and easy to work with, which I appreciated. He created a comfortable and respectful environment throughout our interaction.
That said, the overall process felt more heavily focused on pricing discussions than on the vehicle itself. As someone who has purchased vehicles before, I’m accustomed to a more streamlined, efficient flow—one that balances financial transparency with adequate time to review vehicle features, technology, and the driving experience. This visit felt more drawn out than necessary, with significantly more time spent at the table than with the car.
With a more efficient structure and greater emphasis on the product, the experience could be elevated to match the quality and reputation of the brand. I’m sharing this feedback constructively, in hopes it supports continued improvement.
That said, so far, I love my MDX.”
