“I return my car here. Process of returning a car is not as fast is normal Hertz returns at seen. Also the location is too far from the airport so you better plan at least 15 minutes for the ride to the airport. There are shuttle services to the airport so nothing to worry about there.”

You will be treated professionally and with efficiency.I’ve been renting my TLC vehicles from David from the beginning which was three years ago. There will always be issues driving cars for a living but no matter the problem I’ve had or the car may of had it was always taken care of the same day if not in a few hours then faster than that. “My go to car rental spot in Manhattan! Good location and smooth experience. Debra(rep), Bionny (branch manager) & Thomas (regional manger for location) are all super helpful. They offer a wide selection of cars at good rates (specially if you have a corporate discount). You can return a car after hours and drop off keys in lock box. Only thing I would say is that they give you car at let’s say 1/2 gas tank and you need to fill it up at same level for return which is often tricky to do.”

It wasn’t cleaned properly. The car wasn’t washed. Windshield was full of smudges. It also smelled like smoke. Took it to the car wash myself and then it was 100%”
