“I return my car here. Process of returning a car is not as fast is normal Hertz returns at seen. Also the location is too far from the airport so you better plan at least 15 minutes for the ride to the airport. There are shuttle services to the airport so nothing to worry about there.”

Sounds like the bare minimum requirements for the service being provided here, but trust me, with other car rental places that is often not the case. And it is all that I require.

“I’ve rented from this particular enterprise a few times already the past year. Prices are ALWAYS fair and there aren’t as much hidden fees and “gotcha” moments like other competitors. The staff here is always super friendly and welcoming and I always feel like I’m in the right hands when I’m in need for a car rental for the weekend. I’m always happy doing business with them and I have already booked not just with them, but also with other enterprises locations for my upcoming vacations. I did have a little incident where the tire cover came off while I was driving, and he did his job and noticed that it was missing. He didn’t make a big deal out of it, went on eBay in front of me and purchased a replacement tire cover.

“My go to car rental spot in Manhattan! Good location and smooth experience. Debra(rep), Bionny (branch manager) & Thomas (regional manger for location) are all super helpful. They offer a wide selection of cars at good rates (specially if you have a corporate discount). You can return a car after hours and drop off keys in lock box. Only thing I would say is that they give you car at let’s say 1/2 gas tank and you need to fill it up at same level for return which is often tricky to do.”
