About National Car Rental
National Car Rental in Brooklyn provides a great experience with a great selection of automobiles. The location is a small regional site in a small, sometimes busy and cramped parking lot, which is not the same as an airport experience, requiring some patience. However, the team provides outstanding and unparalleled customer service, going above and beyond to give customers a great, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Staff are professional, kind, knowledgeable, relaxed, and genuine, often helping clients even when not directly handling their contracts. The cars are in great condition. Customers recommend the experience but advise arriving early to avoid lines. Renting a car, especially in New York, can be tough, but the team makes it enjoyable. Members can choose any car in the aisle and manage rentals through the National app with Emerald Club.
