Hobble the worst one in Brooklyn and it is better to go to the one near Flatbush and church because the people are more patient and polient and they have security guards and this one doesn't have security guards and it always homeless sleeping in the bank or someone is high.

I called this location at 9:16 AM on a Saturday to make an appointment to open an account. They put me on hold for 20 minutes, and then hung up the phone on me. When I called back it went straight to a automated message system. I'll never do business with chase of this is how they treat new customers. Worst customer service... read full comment
