The worst branch. Bad customer service. Waited a very long time. Clerks had no knowledge how to handle basic tasks. I've never received what was promised.
And....They sold my information to third parties without my knowledge and awareness.
Unacceptable.

Today I will end dealing with this bank. i had my account since 2014.
This branch is thé worst of all,
I always stop transfer a separate checking account to my citi account and have done it several times but today, the manager girl was yelling at me that she can’t.
I am done dealing with stupid people.

Very very bad customer service. Call the number behind your card and make a complain about these unprofessional people in this branch...
