Made a deposit that failed. the bank told me to call customer service I called customer service they said to go to the bank smh got me going back n forth. Lost 100 dollars.

Its an OK bank serving chinese and spanish speaking folks. 20 min walk from my boyfriend’s place and annoying to get to. Decent service.

The girl from customer service is there to do nothing, they should get someone for customer service… she does nothing to help definetly is who you know not what you know that someone can get the job… she is there for so long and she ask everyone about something that she should know already
