CTown Supermarkets is a busy neighborhood store that gets very crowded, especially at checkout after 1pm on weekdays. It offers a wide variety of items, with great deals and hits for everyone, particularly covering Caribbean and American cooking needs. The staff and management are noted as friendly, helpful, and receptive to recommendations, creating a home feeling. However, prices are described as bloated with fluctuations. A significant criticism involves the deposit return system for cans, which customers find difficult and poorly advertised, calling it a pain and stolen money.
Meat is questionable and vegetables are not always fresh. Some of the sales are worth going into the store, but I mostly only purchase dry goods. The aisle are usually full of boxes and are narrow which makes it hard to move. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The aisles always have boxes which make getting around difficult you are going zigzag with the cart store is small enough the manager was yelling at staff because items were not accessible
