“I walked in this morning because I wanted some original Hog head cheese from my youth at my grandparents house on Johns Island, Charleston, SC. I walked in and realized that this place reminded me of my grandparents juke joint. I was besides myself. Anything from slab bacon, to the bologna, to bbq'd pulled pork, the Country Store has it. The hospitality of Shawna was very nice. She welcomed us and made me feel at home. If you're from the South and looking for items that remind you of your childhood. Run, don't walk to the Country Store!”
“It was small but nice they had everything I needed, the owner was nice I went to buy few items for my home I couldn't find In Jamaica area , so I found it there”

“Its a neighborhood Fruit & Vegetable grocery store. This place has a variety of west indian products from fruits, vegatables, canned goods, all kinds of spices & seasonings to chose from.”
“I used to come to this store when it was just opened. Now, they grew big and I moved to another area. But once a week I come here to stock up on some items I can’t get anywhere else: jams, teas, nuts, some brands of dairy and eggs. They have an amazing selection of products, great quality of fruits and veggies and perfect customer service. I feel like I am in Istanbul :) Best store in the area!”

7:30AM - 11:30PM
1419 8th Ave, Brooklyn“Staff is friendly, they've got a larger then average selection for a bodega (including lots of vegetarian and vegan options - catering to the neighborhood I guess), and they have the absolute best bodega cat (hi Roy!). We come here all the time for milk and other random things and they always seem to have what we want in stock. They don't make hot food or sandwiches, so go elsewhere if that's what you need, but for basic groceries and an awesome cat they're my top choice.”
“Love this place. Even though the walk way are small. I still go to this market. Every week there are special sales. I get more out of my food list of my food stamps. They also delivery the food the person paid for. I give 10.00 dollars to the delivery person. Going out his way to deliver the food the person buy. Go to this green corner market. Bravo Market and key foods you get less food and pay more. Go to green corner you get more food out your money.”
“It's a clean store, with amazing sales and foid you can buy, for a dinner, just heat fresh meals. . And OTC to shop for groceries. I have no problems at all.”
“A great Asian supermarket catering to its neighborhood! You can find everything you need here from meats, seafood, fresh produce snacks, condiments, sauces and etc.”
“(Translated by Google) Those who serve you are very friendly and all their meats are of good quality(Original)Los que te atiendo son muy amable y todo sus carnes de buena calidad”
“Nice store & nice selection for what it is. It isn't the biggest store out there so it can' t be expected to carry everything and, yes, it's a bit more expensive. That said, just like any convenience store, it offers what you need and does so consistently and does it well. Appreciate them being there.”
“Great parking and good specials. Other prices are a bit to the expensive side but not crazy. Good selection of ethnic foods and spices. No alchohol. Checkout is usually fairly quick but sometimes you can wait a while. There are some friendly workers but most are robotic and indifferent.”
“I think they need to go down on the prices. This store was opened about 40 Years ago. Made for people that have a large family, A Rebbe or someone that learns in Kollel. The prices the was unbelievable cheap to according the Local stores. It's time to bring this store back and help out the local Family's.”
