The printing is not working and they even don’t have the sign for it, we did everything and after that they told us that the machine is not working

Some of the staff are rude, have no idea what’s going on, which shouldn’t be on them since management here is horrible. Try calling the store because it will ring for 8 hrs with no one answering it.
