CVS on Flatbush Avenue is a 24-hour pharmacy that provides helpful and friendly service, especially during emergencies like late-night medication needs or holiday hours. Customers appreciate the staff's willingness to assist, with some employees going above and beyond, such as an older gentleman who personally helped find items for a customer and showed great care. The store is open on major holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving, making it convenient during special times. However, some improvements are needed, such as better lighting and clearer signage in the aisles. There are concerns about the shopping experience, including the lack of bags, limited staff at self-checkout, and overall organization. Despite these issues, the store is valued for its helpful staff and availability during odd hours, though some feel it could offer better customer service and store management.
CVS used to be a fairly priced difference option. But now with no Duane reade and no Rite Aid, CVS is a overpriced as Walgreens with less employees and worse appearance.

Kudos to the mentally challenged front end greeters who assist at the self checker stations..They should be given additional responsibilities when possible whereas the supposedly "normal" employees have no customer service skills.
