This CVS pharmacy receives consistent praise for its staff, who are described as great, super kind, patient, attentive, and helpful. Pharmacists are noted for explaining medication effects, offering information on generic alternatives, and proactively helping customers obtain discounts. The store environment is reported to be cleaner than in the past and is generally well-stocked. However, several significant drawbacks are frequently mentioned. The pharmacy line is consistently described as insane and crazy, with a clear need for more staff to improve speed and sufficiency. The prescription refill system is criticized as absolutely terrible and obsolete, sometimes causing refill complications. For general shopping, the store presents a somewhat barren appearance with many items locked up and random boxes laying around, though this is understood to be due to retail theft. The store relies heavily on self-checkout, with rarely a person checking someone out. A specific privacy concern is raised about staff asking for a customer's birth date out loud in the pharmacy line. Customers often use this location for convenience, picking up needed items or vaccines in a rush, and appreciate the online portal for vaccine documentation. Overall, the business shows notable improvements in service and stock over time, but struggles with operational efficiency and customer privacy.

Updated review: Excellent customer service.. However, I called on phone to see if they had a certain product in stock and was told yes. Then I went there on my lunch break to find out that CVS doesn't Carry that product. Guess person on phone was to lazy to check.
