Hours: Dennis Shipping Co Inc is a reliable and professional shipping company that specializes in services to the Caribbean. Customers consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, noting that all interactions are positive and the team is committed to providing clear information about fees, pickup times, and shipping procedures. The employees are described as professional, honest, and accommodating, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. The company’s staff is also recognized for their friendliness, humor, and willingness to assist with offloading and guidance during pickup. Many customers highlight that items often arrive on or before schedule, reflecting dependable delivery. However, some mention that their online tracking system could improve, as it sometimes lacks updates on full charges and delivery statuses, requiring manual checks or confirmation from staff. While the service quality is highly regarded, some customers express concern over increased shipping fees and the absence of incentives or discounts for frequent or bulk shippers. Suggestions include offering discounts or rewards to long-standing or high-volume customers as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, Dennis Shipping Co Inc is considered a trusted, friendly, and dependable shipping partner, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and professionalism.
