It is known for its excellent customer service, very reasonable prices, and the fastest turn-around time and sturdiest repairs. The master mechanics provide fantastic, fast service, doing quick and great work for a very good price. They are helpful and friendly, taking time to educate customers and diagnose actual causes. While it can be slightly chaotic when busy, it offers a great vibe. This shop of 59 years is highly recommended for maintenance and repairs, with many customers returning for years.
I had an issue with persistent flat tires where another bike shop had just replaced the tube without looking into the cause. The very helpful guy here diagnosed the actual cause and did the work very quickly and for a very reasonable price.

My chain snapped while biking from Sunset Park to Williamsburg, and I was lucky to find this shop. The guy fixed it super fast, was really friendly, and was really good pricing. Great service, great vibe, highly recommend!

Can be slightly chaotic at times when it's busy, but it's a great neighborhood bike shop. They've done small work for me multiple times and not even charged me.
