The pharmacy staff is not reliable,rude. The ones in the front act like the medication im picking up is coming out their pocket. The tall manager he is never helpful. His answer to everything is " I don't know call your insurance". I will be switching to CVS asap.

This review is strictly for Rayanne who is the most helpful person I’ve spoken to at a pharmacy in a year plus. She took her time, answered all my questions and was so nice. Thank you rayanne Duane reade is lucky to have you!!!!

This Duane Reade is in Downtown Brooklyn same block as The Gap Store on the corner of Fulton Street & Jay Street it across the street from Game Stop Store check it out if you're in the area
