The customer service at the Empire Blvd and Bedford Avenue location is phenomenal!!! They are so professional. Ayliah was a pleasure to interact with. She provided an upgrade at a reasonable cost. I will continue to go back for car rental needs.

Great customer service, and easy to access location. Pickup takes 20-30 min and drop off is very quick. Much better than the Avis in downtown Brooklyn.
My rental got a flat tire on my road-trip, and this branch helped cover much of the associated costs, and made it easy.
