About Hertz Car Rental - Brooklyn - Union Street
Hertz Car Rental in Park Slope Brooklyn offers a wide selection of vehicles including luxury and sports cars, SUVs, EVs, vans, and trucks. Reviews note that experiences can vary. Some customers report awful reviews but recommend visiting on non-peak weekdays for faster service, noting they were in and out in 15 minutes with good vehicle availability. While the exterior could use cleaning, car interiors are reported as clean and smelling brand new. Many recent reviews praise the staff, describing them as great, hardworking, pleasant, patient, and helpful, with some calling it the best car rental experience ever featuring fast, easy pick-up and drop-off. Customers advise allowing a 45-minute buffer for returns due to the busy city location and suggest the location could benefit from hiring more workers.

Truly awful experience. Horrible horrible horrible. If you have any other rental company option at all, choose them. Hertz has horrible customer service. Awful online experience.

Ok so the wait is long but no longer than a busy airport. However, the staff made it all worth it. Funnest queue waiting for the car and the return was super easy. These guys are angels

Nightmare of a company and location. Expect to be overcharged, treated poorly, and to deal with complete absurdity both picking up and dropping off the car.
