It's a CVS pick-up location, not a fedex store with fedex agents.

Didn’t have the service I needed but they directed me to somewhere else that did.

Just wanted to add a note, not a real rating here- if you’re looking to PRINT in general it’s not an option. You can print a label for FedEx if you have a QR code they can scan. I recommend printing first at ONYX just across the street and a block down! Other than that a smooth and easy process.
