Friendly and patient. My printer was out of ink. Explained it and I Emailed the site my return label. She printed it and attached and gave me my tracking. Smiles and Thank yous and I was on my way. Very pleasant atmosphere.

They’re patient and compassionate. Went for my printing needs after Staples botched my order and refused to take accountability for it. Funny how I used the same files and the prints came out perfect with Fedex

Always helpful agents in spite of the amount of customers needing varied assistance with package pick ups, shipping, copying, questions on price & anxiety brought on by lack of available parking. Great jobs on service & courtesy and efficiency under pressure !!
