Housing Works Thrift Shops - Park Slope is a well-managed store that supports a good cause. Many find the location cute and the workers wonderful, smart, helpful, and kind. However, a common criticism is that prices are often seen as irrational, absurd, and too high, sometimes exceeding the cost of a new item. Some customers report less than ideal interactions, with instances of poor customer service, pushy sales tactics, and employees appearing annoyed. While some visit often, others feel the store is not for the thrifty and have decided to support other thrift stores instead.
Always donate my used items here and pick up whatever decor I need for housing or clothings here. They have so many collections and go through their inventory quickly.
