“I ordered 2 cases of wine from Sterling Grapes and Grains and had a fantastic experience. They communicated well and kept me updated. Shipping was quick and packaged really well to avoid damage. I would definitely use them again for wine purchases.”
“Eber's wine and liquor always has a great selection and great prices as well. They deliver quickly, and will even have someone bring cases out to your car if you choose to pick them up. The employees are very nice and helpful, and no matter how busy it gets, will always help you.”

“Amazing liquor & wine store that you can come across. The owner is super friendly and accommodating to all your needs/wants when it comes to kosher selection of liquor and wines. They have a strong knowledge of wine and their options are numerous. You can build a relationship with the owner & employees like no other so you can have a one stop shop for varied selection for liquor and wines for all your events, parties and occasions.”
“I feel so lucky to have this shop in the neighborhood! They have a really special selection, carefully curated, and the staff are very knowledgeable and attentive!”
“I had a great experience here))) I found staff welcoming, and always happy to recommend drinks that fit your taste, prefrence, and budget. They're knowledgeable and create a comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Working behind the counter isn't easy. They deal with all kinds of customers, including those who are rude, angry, or unfair for no reason. Despite the daily challenges and time-to-time negative comments, the staff remain professional, patient, and committed to providing a good service. I am telling you this, out of my own perspective. By the eay, if you're ever around neighborhood, I highly recommend stopping by the wine and liquor store at 1608 Gravesend Neck Road. Because you may find, the most rarest alcoholic beverages, and a nice chose for any occasion. Especially summer time. What a best moment, to drink High Noon Vodka Seltzer)))”
“I really love this place! The beer selection is fantastic, and the staff are usually very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, yesterday’s experience was a little bit different. We unintentionally brought an outside drink inside the bar, and while I completely understand that’s against policy, the way it was handled felt unnecessarily aggressive. It could have been communicated in a much more constructive way, and it left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths.
That said, this is typically a lovely spot and one I genuinely enjoy, so I’ll absolutely continue to visit. Everyone has off days, and I won’t let one interaction outweigh the many positive experiences I’ve had here.”
“Impeccable crew. No matter what you're looking for or the mood you're in, they will find you a suitable wine or liquor. They have absurd knowledge you wouldn't even think to ask about, top tier. Best place. Dogs also get treats if they are good.”
“By far my favorite Brooklyn Wine Shop. The selection is huge and wisely chosen. The prices are unmatched, very clean, cool staff and welcoming. They regularly offer monthly specials on variable types of liquor and wine, not to be missed. Another bonus - it's dog friendly! My pup always tries to pull me in for his treat even if we're not going there.”
“Great wine they have wine tasting once a week if you sign up you will get an email alert they also have great wine gifts bags books anything that's associated with Fine Wines cute and small location. They may not have everything but the cells Associates in there will definitely help you find something to clothes that you like”
“Fantastic wine store. Owner Karin is incredible and very helpful. Really nice selection of wines. Especially great to see the emphasis on women founded wine brands and boutique vineyards. Highly recommend if you’re in the neighborhood or buying gifts.”
“Fantastic shop. The owner is super knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge with customers. Great variety of wine. Interesting, unique options you won't find in other wine/liquor stores. Highly recommend.”
“I was visiting from Utah and stopped by to buy some liquor and i had the most wonderful experience! The owners were very helpful and had the most amazing vibe. Highly recommend this place to buy your liquor”
“my favorite liquor store in Bushwick! Amazing selection.. love that they carry refrigerated options! Jason always takes care of me and the girls, staff are all great <333”
“This place is just absolutely incredible. The proprietor knows every bottle, every detail. The perfect recommendation, always fun, always on point. Last interaction- Me: ”I want something fun from Spain.” Him: “How fun?” Love this spot.”
“Maybe one of the best, well thought out wine shops I’ve been to in a long time. Amazing selection, reasonable prices, a helpful staff and they have a shop dog! What more do you need from a neighborhood wine shop.”
“Not just your average neighborhood wine shop! Mannys specializes in natural wines, wines made without intervention. These wines are wild, juicy, and delicious! And the owners and staff at Mannys know all about this world. They’re friendly, patient, and passionate about what they do. A hot tip - follow them on Instagram ( @mannys_wine ) to be in the know for their sold out wine tastings with winemakers from around the world! And they also have an adorable shop dog, Tchoupi! I didn’t just find the best wine shop in Brooklyn, I found community! They also have cool merch!”
“I’ve been shopping for wine and liquor at this store over the past few years and the staff is unfailingly friendly and helpful. The hours and location are convenient and the selection is solid. One time, a mouse got its tail stuck in the door while I was in here. All the patrons started screaming, but the owners remained calm and dealt with the situation in a professional manner by chasing the mouse out with a broom. I am moving to a different neighborhood this year and will really miss having Millennial Events as my local wine store!”
“Thank you Chico! (It may Chica—I forget, apologies). Was so knowledgeable, welcoming and sweet. It was my first time visiting and will definitely be back”
“Best wine shop in the area, they have a great selection, affordable and delicious wines for whatever taste you have, and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff.”

“My wife and I worked with Anetta to coordinate alcohol for our bar at our wedding in October 2025. We could not recommend her services more! She was highly communicative about pricing and bottle options, while also providing perfect suggestions on items we may need. Anetta made us feel very supported throughout our wedding lead up and made the entire experience feel like less than just a transaction. This was a perfect partnership for our wedding!”
“We came here as my husband has celiac disease. The owners were incredibly helpful and hooked us up with gluten free and rice beers so my husband can finally enjoy the beer taste he loves! We will DEFINITELY be coming back! Unmatched kindness and service in NYC”

“If you’re looking for a place that’s basically Gan Eden for kosher wine & spirits, The Wine Cave is it.
First of all, the vibe is mamish a “cave” — classy, warm, and built for people who don’t just “buy a bottle,” but who take their Kiddush / l’chaim / simcha bottles with a little more seichel. You walk in and it feels like you’re about to make a cheshbon: Do I need something simple for Tuesday night… or are we talking Shabbos guests and I want to look like I know what I’m doing?
The selection is serious. Kosher wines from all over, a beautiful range of price points, and a scotch/whiskey section that can make a person start saying “just one more bottle” like it’s a mitzvah. Whether you’re grabbing something reliable for weekly Kiddush, something nicer for Yom Tov, or a real kavod’dige bottle for a chasan, you’ll find it here — and you won’t feel like you’re guessing.
What really makes it though is the staff. Real experts, real mentshen. They actually listen to what you want (“smooth,” “dry,” “not too sweet,” “I need a gift that won’t embarrass me,” etc.) and they guide you to the right thing בלי שטויות. Plus, they’re friendly and have that good humor that makes the whole experience feel heimish, not stiff.
Bottom line: The Wine Cave is the kind of place you recommend to friends and then regret a little… because you want it to stay your secret spot.
A+ selection, knowledgeable service, and everything done in a way that works for the frum oilam.
Highly recommended — just don’t blame me when you walk out with more than you planned.”
“Stopped in for a special bottle and was greeted and helped with warmth and a lot of knowledge! Wish I lived in Brooklyn so this could be my neighborhood wine shop!”
“Great experience here! They had High Noon ready to go in packs or individual for sale with the flavors I was looking for in the fridge. I also gave the Sutfsides a try, recommended by the owner, Adam. The surfsides did not disappoint. They also sell huge bags of ice, which saved me a trip while I was on my way to a BBQ. Super convenient. Just became my new regular spot!”
“Came from Cleveland ohio, just a female walking in a neighborhood she not from and EVERYONE was nice at the store and outside the store. Great price, great customer service! Also the only place that had Felipe II near by!”
“I had a fantastic experience at this wine store! The customer service was A+. They have an impressive selection of wines from different regions. I got some helpful recommendations. Highly recommend!”
“I had an amazing experience at Franklin Cellars recently! If you’re looking for a great local wine shop with an amazing selection and stellar employees, look no further! I was on the hunt for a wine to bring to a holiday dinner with friends, and the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick the perfect wine for the occasion. The wine was a huge hit with my friends and I can’t wait to come back and support this business again! If you’re in the Bed Stuy/ Crown Heights area, I highly recommend going out of your way to support Franklin Cellars. This is my new go-to local spot hands down.”

“The staff at Granada were extremely helpful and welcoming. We came in looking for a gift for someone special and we are so thankful for the knowledge and insight they were able to provide to us. Can't recommend enough!”
