“This is not the Home Depot . You can't get every item here but most likely the items you need will be here . If you need a new washing machine hose they can hook you up if you need a piece of wire they have it if you have a leaky faucet they can help you . They have some items here that no one else has some of the things that the old time hardware stores had . If you need some tools they have it .”
“I came in with squeaky stroller wheels, looking to purchase some WD-40, but the folks behind the counter quickly came to my aid, and immediately got to work cleaning and oiling my wheels. They didn’t even expect me to buy anything after all of that, which I did, and will be giving my repeat business, because that was excellent customer service, and really helped me out!”
“Very large garden area. Lots of flowers, plants, and trees with a spacious lot. I would go here for your gardening needs rather than the other two locations in Brooklyn. This place has every plant variety that Home Depot offers. Customer service is good and workers are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.”
“My husband and I stopped by here 2 days ago to get soil for plants. Upon entering the store, one can see this huge display of Halloween (creepy and fun) decorations on sale. Although the decorations caught our attention we didn't buy any. We browsed around the store to see if we needed anything else besides soil. I've purchased many things here including annual and perennial plants, organic soil, resin and clay planters, plastic and clay saucers, housekeeping items and more. They have reasonable prices for all of your gardening needs.Although the store closes at 8pm, it seems the garden center closes earlier. One of the store employees told me that last time we visited.”
“Courtney (I’m sorry if I respelled your name) in plumbing was an absolute jewel! What an addition to the store! I needed items for the plumber to replace the sink and repair the toilet in my grandmother’s home, and I had NO IDEA what I needed. I was able to call the plumber and Courtney took over! She understood what my plumber needed and walked me to everything I needed. She was awesome and her service and expertise deserved to be mentioned. Well done!”

“If you order same day delivery from here, be warned that the company they hire to deliver may mis-deliver your order to someone else’s address. Make sure to screenshot where they are on the map when you get the delivery notice, in case that happens. Online chat support can’t help you and tells you to call the store to have them help out. If you do so in the evening, customer service cuts you off when you try to describe your issue and then transfer you as fast as they can to the “delivery department” that never picks up the phone. My suggestion is to call early in the morning, so that they can actually help solve the issue and get the company to redeliver. This was my experience over the last 3 days.”
“There are many options where you can purchase bathroom/kitchen plumbing supplies. Sometimes to get the correct items and outstanding customer service, you might have to go out of your way.
