“My God, everyone at the store is absolutely incredible. They were so helpful with everything that I needed. I don't live in New York City, I'm in visiting and needed to receive a one-off package here. I told them it was important and urgent and they went above and beyond to make sure I know that I received it. When he wasn't able to reach me that day, he called me until he was able to reach me and emailed me too. Absolutely incredible service, they really care. When I went to the store to receive the package, everyone was so helpful. “Went in to print a few items and ask about Passport photos, had an amazing worker named Natalie answer all my questions and she even helped when my phone started acting up. Coming back soon for some passport photos since you don't need an appointment. Overall a 10/10 for this place!”

“I gave 5 stars for my review only because of the very kind and professional young lady named Victoria who is the Notary. There were two more young women working there yesterday when I stopped by to have four documents notarized. To make a long story short, I waited on a long line for my turn to get waited on. When I stated that I needed documents notarized, one of the clerks told me that I was too late because the Notary just clocked out for the day and clocks out every day at 3pm. I told her that I called their store early that morning and was told the Notary would be in at 3pm. I arrived at 3pm. and no one ever asked if some of us on the line were there for Notary services rather than make us wait on line to just be told we would not be serviced. The clerk was very rude and pretty much called me a liar about the phone conversation I had when I called the store. The Notary hadn’t even left the store yet; however, the clerk refused to call her from the back to find out if she would be willing to notarize my documents before she left since I had been in the store waiting on line all the while she was waiting to service customers. Sweet kind Victoria put her coat on and left, but was willing to turn around and come back in the store to notarize my documents after I told her what happened. I was so frustrated and was almost in tears, but my whole mood changed to sheer happiness at the kindness and respect Victoria showed me. There are still good people in this world. Victoria is living proof!”

“I come here all the time and never have any issues. I’m not sure why some people don’t realize that when it says 'Customer Packed,' it means you need to pack your item in a shipping box or bag. It even tells you to package and seal your item before selecting the UPS option. Today, I saw a customer being rude to an associate, but the associate stayed calm and respectful. Big props to them for handling it so well!”

Shoutout to the FedEx ninjas at this location! I am I am not sure if the ownership is newer or the staff, but — seriously, they are multitasking pros! I had to make copies, notarize documents, and mail out multiple sensitive legal letters, and they handled everything with ease and confidence.
As a business owner, I really value people who know their job — and these guys go above and beyond. I didn’t have to hover or double-check a thing. They were efficient, reliable, and totally on point. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and stress-free.
Truly an in-and-out dream — these guys are my go-to from now on. Five stars and then some!”
“Today I visited this place with the purpose of returning a laptop to Amazon and everything was fast, it didn't take even five minutes, the young man who works very kindly helped me pack and I didn't have the label and he told me I could send it to the mail from the office and printed it for me. I liked that this place is accessible and the hours are convenient. For example, I work from Monday to Saturday and this day it was open, which is very convenient for those of us who cannot arrive on a weekday. The place is clean I definitely recommend it.”

“idk why they have so many bad reviews. I’ve shipped about a dozen items here and printed several labels. lines are rarely, if ever, longer than a 5 minute wait. customer service is amazing, everyone is so friendly and helpful even when I’ve asked dumbest questions. they are very transparent abt the pricing and show all shipping options. they also work with USPS for drop offs if you need to ship items after the post office closed (like if you sell on Depop) and accept Rent the Runway & Nuuly returns as well. never had a single issue!
