I don't live in New York City, I'm in visiting and needed to receive a one-off package here. I told them it was important and urgent and they went above and beyond to make sure I know that I received it. When he wasn't able to reach me that day, he called me until he was able to reach me and emailed me too. Absolutely incredible service, they really care. “Good guys! They are always polite and answer all questions. They warn you in advance about what can happen to the parcel if you do not comply with the terms of shipment. They solve problems if they are their fault.”
“I come here all the time and never have any issues. I’m not sure why some people don’t realize that when it says 'Customer Packed,' it means you need to pack your item in a shipping box or bag. It even tells you to package and seal your item before selecting the UPS option. Today, I saw a customer being rude to an associate, but the associate stayed calm and respectful. Big props to them for handling it so well!”

Shoutout to the FedEx ninjas at this location! I am I am not sure if the ownership is newer or the staff, but — seriously, they are multitasking pros! I had to make copies, notarize documents, and mail out multiple sensitive legal letters, and they handled everything with ease and confidence.
As a business owner, I really value people who know their job — and these guys go above and beyond. I didn’t have to hover or double-check a thing. They were efficient, reliable, and totally on point. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and stress-free.
Truly an in-and-out dream — these guys are my go-to from now on. Five stars and then some!”

“Today I visited this place with the purpose of returning a laptop to Amazon and everything was fast, it didn't take even five minutes, the young man who works very kindly helped me pack and I didn't have the label and he told me I could send it to the mail from the office and printed it for me. I liked that this place is accessible and the hours are convenient. For example, I work from Monday to Saturday and this day it was open, which is very convenient for those of us who cannot arrive on a weekday. The place is clean I definitely recommend it.”

I’ve shipped about a dozen items here and printed several labels. lines are rarely, if ever, longer than a 5 minute wait. customer service is amazing, everyone is so friendly and helpful even when I’ve asked dumbest questions. they are very transparent abt the pricing and show all shipping options. they also work with USPS for drop offs if you need to ship items after the post office closed (like if you sell on Depop) and accept Rent the Runway & Nuuly returns as well. never had a single issue!

“I have used this place for shipping around 20-30 times. There is an employee named Brie that is very on top of things: astute, multi tasking, friendly, and efficient. I intend to try to come only on the days Brie is there--she goes above and beyond and earns her tips (even though it's probably over the top to pay $6 in tips for 5 minutes' work). I sadly can't say the same of any other employee I've encountered at Sandbox. One time an employee even lost her temper and started cursing at the woman in front of me. Brie is 5 stars. The other employees are 1.”
