Customer service is non existent, the guy was quick to dismiss questions and offered no alternative solutions. Terrible just terrible.

The worst places to get a phone they charged 530 for a iPhone 11 with 16gb and lied say if we take a new number we could change but we couldn’t and kept on lying don’t trust no one in this store they are all liers.

The sales representative was very nice and knowledgeable about the products but I didn’t know it was going to be so expensive for services because he explained it like my bill would be cheaper but in all due it’s still as if I’m paying for the same price with boost mobile
