And since I'd bought the original screen-protector at this shop, the tech replaced it, fitting the new one in place like brand new. Less than five minutes, only ten bucks. Amazing.”

“My Macbook screen died out of nowhere and I just wanted to get it fixed ASAP. All of the shops around me were closed so I was so happy when I saw that Ethan's store was open. Even though he wasn't able to fix it right then and there (of course - these things take time), I was relieved because he explained what was going on and I knew I was in good hands. There were some issues with shipping for the replacement part but Ethan was transparent and kept me posted on what was going on. Now my laptop is as good as new, thanks to his help! So happy I found this place and I highly recommend his services.”

“So my mom lost her device/phone. My husband and I bought her a new phone and when trying to Activate the new phone but what I was told on the phone from T-Mobile was that I needed the porting information to keep my mom's number from Metro Pcs, so I kept calling and they said I had to go in person with my mom since she's the account holder to the corporate store at Metro Pcs so that's what we did and then, once at the corporate store, which is this location on Kings Highway in Cherry Hill, they were super helpful everyone there rallied around my mom and did everything they could to help us they were wonderful and very professional however, we needed to make a call to get the transport pin and the account was not bypassed yet however, the manager kept saying how he could not help us so then I asked for another manager on the phone and the manager on the phone transferred to his manager and then he put me on hold for about 45 minutes, and when he came back to let me know an update, he talked over me and would not listen and kept telling me that I need to listen to him, and was very snarky and very rude however, I am at the end of the call. Spoke to Tony who is supposed to be a manager and he kept talking over me and told me that it's now my turn to listen and his eye ID number is 500746 so I just wanna make you aware in case you need to call Metro Pcs because they have horrendous customer service from management on the phone. Everybody in the corporate store was fantastic and super helpful, so I wanted to let you know that Yair and the other management and staff were amazing and super helpful and I just wanted to make you aware of this.”

“Today I broke my iPhone and the entire screen came off. First, I thought it would be best to go to an official service center, so I contacted them. They told me they only repair phones under warranty and that they couldn’t fix my phone even if I paid for it. They advised me to go to the official Apple Store instead.
I went to the Apple Store hoping they could help. Unfortunately, they spent almost 2 hours diagnosing my phone and trying different things, but in the end they simply gave up. What surprised me even more was that they wanted to charge me around $400 for the repair. In the end, they told me they were afraid of damaging something further and there was a risk of data loss. Honestly, I was shocked that even the official Apple Store could not help me.
As a last hope, I came to this shop — and I am unbelievably happy that I did.
They promised to replace the screen for $170 and said it would take only 15 minutes. And they delivered exactly what they promised. The technician is a true professional. He took my phone, replaced the screen right in front of me, same day, in about 15 minutes, and everything worked perfectly again.
I honestly cannot describe how happy and relieved I am. The solution to my problem turned out to be so much easier than I expected thanks to this place.
I highly recommend this shop and this technician specifically. I won’t go anywhere else again — only here.”
