“Today I broke my iPhone and the entire screen came off. First, I thought it would be best to go to an official service center, so I contacted them. They told me they only repair phones under warranty and that they couldn’t fix my phone even if I paid for it. They advised me to go to the official Apple Store instead.
I went to the Apple Store hoping they could help. Unfortunately, they spent almost 2 hours diagnosing my phone and trying different things, but in the end they simply gave up. What surprised me even more was that they wanted to charge me around $400 for the repair. In the end, they told me they were afraid of damaging something further and there was a risk of data loss. Honestly, I was shocked that even the official Apple Store could not help me.
As a last hope, I came to this shop — and I am unbelievably happy that I did.
They promised to replace the screen for $170 and said it would take only 15 minutes. And they delivered exactly what they promised. The technician is a true professional. He took my phone, replaced the screen right in front of me, same day, in about 15 minutes, and everything worked perfectly again.
I honestly cannot describe how happy and relieved I am. The solution to my problem turned out to be so much easier than I expected thanks to this place.
I highly recommend this shop and this technician specifically. I won’t go anywhere else again — only here.”

“I recently went to this T-Mobile store to upgrade my Samsung S20 Note, and I had a really good experience. Not only were the employees kind, they literally spent hours trying to help me get all of my information transferred to my new phone. And when I mean hours, I mean HOURS! 😂 For some reason, my messages just did not want to transfer over.
Each employee took their time helping me while also dealing with a busy flow of other customers who needed assistance. Nobody made me feel rushed, and they kept trying until we got everything figured out.
I ended up with a good plan, a new upgraded phone—the Samsung S26 Ultra—and a good credit toward my new phone when I added another line, which worked out well for me.

And since I'd bought the original screen-protector at this shop, the tech replaced it, fitting the new one in place like brand new. Less than five minutes, only ten bucks. Amazing.”
