“Plug In is honestly one of the best places to shop. From the minute you walk in, the whole experience feels easy and enjoyable. “Recently, I visited the Verizon office on Brighton Beach and had a truly outstanding experience. I want to specifically highlight the Georgian guy who was an operator and unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but his professionalism and friendliness left a lasting impression.
The office manager was also remarkable, always supporting the younger staff and teaching them. It was clear that everyone genuinely wanted to help customers, and that made a big difference.
When I faced an issue with number porting, the operator and the manager patiently and competently resolved everything, which made the situation much easier for me.
I wholeheartedly recommend this office and its staff. A special thanks to the Georgian guy ?? who made everything seamless.”

You did not just help me get a phone but also set everything up for me including transferring data,pictures and numbers. You also gave me a deal on case and screen protector. When I came to the store I had no intention of buying a phone but you made me change my mind quick. Very professional the entire time while cracking jokes here and there.
