“Had an amazing experience at this location. Russel worked with us in not only finding what we wanted but helping set up delivery and warranty. He had to deal with my parents whom had quite conflicting ideas on what to buy and was super patient in my parent’s indecisiveness. It was generally super amazing how patient and calm he was even after printing the receipt and my parents had a change of mind on the warranty. He was able to rectify the problem and just was generally someone with super great spirits. He is very likable and easy to talk to and never made me feel bad for asking a lot of questions or my parents being really indecisive.
