“Good chill dude running out of a barber shop next to the listed address. I had to give him a call since I couldn't find the address initially and was a total walk in, and within 5 minutes he had everything he needed to fix my phone.
Had a broken phone screen with a green light beam running down it, and within 30 mins he fixed it up for a reasonable price with no BS. You can watch him do everything in front of you. Would definitely come back if I needed another screen repaired.”

“Service was exceptional! I was in a real bind because my insulin is programmed from my phone and my phone no longer supported the apps. It was an old phone anyway however I was really freaking out and Kevin was incredibly patient with me and saved the day! He took a few hours to help me buy a new phone despite there being hardly any in stock, and checking to make sure that the phone available would work with my insulin pump. Forever grateful thank you!

“Today after 10 weeks of being left on hold on tmobile611. I even visited my local mobile store 3x, only to be lied to, dismissed and humiliated by customer care and members of the Fulton St, between Nostrand Ave and Bedford Ave. After becoming completely exasperated with the run around, lack of truth, I considered changing my wireless carrier I have faithfully depended on for 13 years. Before weighing my options I decided to visit the TMO store on 456 Fulton St in Brooklyn, we're I was warmly and promptly greeted by Sarah. Due to the extensive issues with my service, equipment and poor customer service. She immediately identified how to remedy my concerns within 45minutes. My 2 phones lines were completely operational, and I was so impressed I informed her on duty manager Jivon how well I was treated. He actually took the time and empathy Sarah had earlier displayed as my wireless issues were addressed professionally and quickly. I was moved to forward this post to anyone considering leaving TMOBILE as I nearly did. Find a TMOBILE Store and request a manager. Not only were both these individuals professional, they were competent in knowing and doing their jobs. I will save my response for customer care at 611 over the phone. Complete excellence, resolution and empathy can be found in a professional who is competent and proud of their service. Sarah and Jivon, thank you for a job well done.”
