“My phone had been hopelessly broken and non functional for months, and Ethan today was a genius in getting the phone totally fixed and back to functioning. I didn't realize the issue was water damage (my fault from a cracked back) and Ethan speedily diagnosed the problem, and my phone was ready same day! Ethan was super personable, kind, and I didn't feel like an idiot for having put my phone through the ringer. Couldn't recommend Ozo Geeks highly enough! If I had known how easy this would be, I would have gone immediately when my phone broke. I was impressed, too, by Ethan's environmental commitment to repair instead of simply upgrade. “First of all “Sam” is a great representative for Boost Mobile. The store is actually on St. Johns but the address reads Utica Ave. Secondly, Boost Mobile’s technical support (I called before the store opened) did a great job helping me get my 78-year-old mother off of Tracfone. It took 2 days to get it done but “Sam” at the store called to follow up and he and his partner called Tracfone technical support to get the information needed to transfer the phone number to a new iPhone. My mother is happy to get Boost Mobile and get away from Tracfone. You guys are the best. Thanks so much!!”
