“I had a great experience at this T-Mobile store, and I would especially like to recognize Symon, Emily, and Rosa for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.
Although Symon was still in training, he provided professional, patient, and helpful service throughout the process. He was very attentive and made sure we understood what was going on.
Emily had already finished her shift, but she still took the time to stay and help us complete our business. She made sure everything was properly taken care of before leaving, which I really appreciated. Her dedication to helping customers was truly impressive.
We also experienced several issues while communicating with the T-Mobile back office, and Rosa stepped in and helped us work through the problems. She was patient, professional, and did her best to find solutions and make sure everything was completed successfully.
All three of them provided exceptional service and professionalism, and I am very grateful for their help. They really went above and beyond to make sure our experience ended positively.
One piece of feedback for T-Mobile: the back-office process can be quite complicated, and there were situations where the retail employees seemed to have limited ability to resolve issues directly. I hope T-Mobile can consider giving retail employees more authority and flexibility to handle certain situations. This could make things much easier for both employees and customers.

I went to this T-Mobile store few days ago and finally switched to T-Mobile. The staff (Ivan, Annie, and Bonny) there were very friendly and helpful. I came in needing to upgrade an old 2G line to 5G, and the process involved a lot more paperwork than I expected. Chris and Allen were patient, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to explain exactly what was happening.
They also helped me maximize the available promotion and upgrade to the best phone I qualified for, which I really appreciated. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured.
