“I was using a family plan from another mobile phone carrier for many years but their phone data charge is getting more expensive. I went to this T-Mobile store few days ago and finally switched to T-Mobile. The staff (Ivan, Annie, and Bonny) there were very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me how their different promotions work and recommended which T-Mobile promotion and plan was best for me. I went back few times in past few days for different questions and they answered all the questions I had. Good service and I highly recommend this T-Mobile store.”
