“In an industry that can sometimes feel misleading and transactional, it’s rare to find a pawn shop with ownership that genuinely values honesty, transparency, and long-term relationships. From the moment I walked in, I felt treated with respect rather than being pressured into a deal. They took the time to explain everything clearly, offered fair evaluations, and conducted business with integrity. It’s refreshing to find a place where trust still matters and where customer relationships are valued beyond a single transaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable, honest, and professional pawn shop experience”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but this young lady definitely was an angel on earth. I had some unexpected medical fees and had to pawn a few pieces that I was extremely hesitant on doing. I’ve never pawned before so I was nervous and asked ALOT of questions. Despite that the young lady was patient and extremely helpful. I can say she wanted to help rather than make a sale. I’ve heard many horror stories about pawnshops but the experience with the young lady here has made it a smooth ride. Definitely come here for the service.”

“I heard good things about the jewelry from some of my friends so already had high expectations coming to the store. I was greeted by the staff member gema, who was able to help me get exactly what i was looking for. I was shown multiple sizes of the hoop earrings and was fitted right away . Over all surpassed my expectations with the customer service and product quality. Would recommend and will be going back for a chain.”

“Nancy is by far most one of the best customer service professionals I have ever encountered. Extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She tries her best to accommodate me at the greatest length. Not only is she helpful in my time of need, but she makes every visit feel like home. Not many pawn shops treat you like family. I will refer her forever, I will continue being a customer for as long as she is servicing me. If I can give her 100 stars I would!!!”
