Priscilla was so thorough about everything they were doing and made me feel really comfortable. in the past i had a labret piercing from a tattoo shop and it didn’t heal super well, so i wanted to try out a piercing studio and im so glad i did! i got a vertical labret piercing and i absolutely love it! i will definitely be coming back”

Unfortunately, they did not have that availability, but we’re so helpful in trying to get me another resource even though it was not going to benefit them in anyway. The store is actually fully magnificent and is definitely a place I would shop again. I had bought a necklace there many years ago before the store was so beautifully renovated and it was even nice then but now is it with amazing inventory.”

“I've been to Tivoli Jewelers twice now for ring resizing, and both experiences have been fantastic. The first time, I brought in a few standard rings, and they were resized perfectly and ready for pickup in just four days.
Most recently, I brought in my engagement ring, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The female associate was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to find the perfect in-between size instead of rushing the process. She really wanted to make sure I was happy with the fit.
I expected the resizing to take about a week, so I was shocked when they called just five hours later to let me know it was ready! It fits absolutely perfectly, and I was so happy I didn't have to be without my engagement ring for long.
