Specifically asked them if I would be receiving 60 packs of underwear and not 60 pairs of underwear. Then of course they sent 20 packs of 3 pairs equaling 60. Now if I want to return them I have to pay a restocking fee and shipping charges. Please for the love of god do not order from this "company".

im glad i googled first the reviews of this website/store. I was planning to buy bulk stuffs to give it away to my country...thank u guys for the reviews and atleast u save another soul to b a victim of this company...

Do not order from this company - they won't deliver and they don't care. Terrible customer service and their timeline on their website is a lie.
