Stellar Hardware & Bath is a one-stop shop for luxurious home improvement, offering a wide variety of architectural and decorative hardware, doors, plumbing fixtures, and accessories. It is an old-fashioned, high-quality kind of store that is not glitzy but has very nice stock. The staff knows what they are doing and takes great care of customers, asking the right questions to find exactly what is needed. They are very attentive and helpful even with small purchases. The business provides excellent customer service both in-store and for online orders. They answer questions promptly and transparently, especially regarding delivery. Items arrive in good condition. The store is known for going out of its league to satisfy customers, sometimes even providing special parts at no charge to help complete a job. While the store has a vast selection on its walls and in the basement, the location in Manhattan can make parking difficult, but the staff helps figure out a remedy. Customers report they would order from Stellar Hardware again.
I did three separate online orders from them. Their customer service was great - answered my questions on what to expect around delivery promptly and transparently when there were small delays. Items arrived in good condition. Would order from Stellar Hardware again!
