Target is a popular retail store that offers a wide range of products at reasonable prices. However, the experiences of customers seem to vary depending on the specific location. The Gateway location is reported to have rude staff and long wait times for drive-up orders. In contrast, the Spring Creek, Brooklyn, NY location is praised for the assistance provided by an employee named Emily, who went out of her way to help a disabled couple during their checkout process. The checkout lines, both self-service and cashier-operated, are often described as too long, especially during peak shopping times, suggesting a need for more staff. The inventory at some locations may also be lacking, with certain items, such as K-pop photo cards, being unavailable. Despite these challenges, Target remains a go-to store for many, particularly those visiting their parents in Brooklyn. The store is generally described as clean and organized, with a wide selection of products at competitive prices. The Gateway location, however, seems to be an exception, with unreliable order pickup services that can lead to lengthy wait times. Overall, the reviews paint a mixed picture of the Target experience, with the quality of service and convenience varying across different locations. Customers appear to value a smooth and helpful shopping experience, which some Target stores are able to provide more consistently than others.

Target is a great place to shop but don’t go to Gateway location. The staff are rude and the drive up orders take forever to come out.

It's my go to store when I am visiting my parents in Brooklyn, but the checkout lines (both self and cashier lines) are way too long. Hire more people during peak shopping times!
