“I went into the store just to test mattresses and buy elsewhere. Mikhail was over the top w his customer service and i ended up buying a 3300 mattress. I wanted to spend around 2k. He never pressured me into going higher. He simply answered my questions and was so hospitable and friendly. He implored me to take my time and really lay down and test them. Update: I’m not decreasing my rating because I don’t blame the store employees, but beware that delivery timelines are far from set in stone. We were told part of our delivery would arrive the following week and it took over a month, and the rest was supposed to take one month but it’s looking like two months at least.”

“The sofas are great - very comfortable and good looking. Also, the arrangements options are many (and other logistical efforts are easy). There's some wait involved (you don't get these next week) as all are custom made in Spain, yes in EU. The cost is premium too - but that's one's choice to make... The delivery blokes are very fast and friendly - ours have come back to fix one minor factor omission. Happy Sitter and Recliners from Brooklyn NY - :) P.S. as the time passes by - we love the sofas more and more - very comfy and cool looking”
