Worst customer service experience I have ever seen. Everyone is working like a snail pace. I wish there is an option also to put negative mark.

2 ND time at this location and second time horrible service. It is
4.24 pm and teller Richardo telling me they are closed. Please escalate to bank management as it seems personel doing everything to drive clients away.

I have been waiting in the drive through area for over 17 minutes. I was not told it was crowded and would be a wait. They finally took my deposit and got lost again. Once again not saying here we’re busy we will be a while. Horrible customer service, never coming to this branch again, at least not through the drive through.
